Mrs. Amy Toler
My name is Amy Toler. I graduated from Garner High School and then graduated from Campbell University with a K-6 teaching licensure. I have been teaching at BMS for 9 years. I am excited about the start of another school year and getting to know another group of students. I have been married for 8 years and I have a 5 year old, wild and crazy, son =) I am a huge sports fan, ecspecially The Carolina Panthers and NC State!!!!!!!! I love spending time at the beach or any body of water for that matter.. I am a mermaid at heart :) I am Science Lead teacher for BMS, Member of School Improvement Team, and a beginning teacher mentor. I truley love teaching and I am super excited for the 2019-2020 school year. As always.... GO PHANTOMS!!!
We will be using Google Classroom for digital learning. Students are familiar with Google Classroom and how to complete and turn in assignments. We have used Google Classroom all year in Math and Science. Review assignments will be posted daily in Google Classroom. Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns! AmyToler@johnston.k12.nc.us I will hold daily office hours Monday-Friday from 11:00 am-1:00 pm During those hours I will be avialble to assist students via email and/or Google Classroom.
*Benson Middle School will allow students to checkout a chromebook or pick up supplemental materials!

At this time, all traditional high school graduations are still planned for May 29. Graduation ceremonies for Johnston County Early College Academy and Johnston County Career and Technical Leadership Academy will now take place on May 16th, rather than the original date of May 15th.
The April Johnston County Board of Education meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 7. The virtual meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m and will be conducted via Zoom To Comply With Social Distancing Orders. Members of the public make access the meeting via livestream.
