Ms. Fry

I am excited to be back at North Johnston Middle School teaching 7th grade Math.  I graduated from North Johnston High School in 1988 and East Carolina University in 1994.  This is my 28th year teaching. After student teaching at Norwayne Middle School and upon graduation, I taught for four years at Four Oaks Middle followed by nine years here at North Johnston Middle.  I then moved to North Johnston High School where I taught for fourteen years.  Throughout my career in education, I have taught middle school English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Math. While at the high school, I taught English I, Roundtable, World History, and Yearbook as well as being the Distance Learning Advisor.  Having cheered throughout high school, it has been my pleasure to coach cheerleading at both the middle and high school level.

I am the proud mom to three children. My oldest, Brice, is a firefighter for the City of Raleigh. Brooke, my daughter, is in cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell in Raleigh, and my youngest, Daniel, is currently in sixth grade here at North Johnston Middle. 

As a graduate of North Johnston, I am proud of our community and our schools. North Johnston Middle School and its students are growing, learning, and enthusiastic about their education, and I am grateful to be a part of it.
