Mr. Javed Sterling

My name is Javed Sterling, a young and vibrant teacher from the beautiful island of Jamaica. I will be teaching a third grade class at Glendale-Kenly Elementary School. I am a trained primary education teacher with over 10 years of experience in the classroom. I am a graduate of the Moneague College where I had completed a Diploma in Primary Education and then furthered my studies at the International University of the Caribbean where I did a Bachelors of Education Degree in Primary Education

I enjoy watching and playing soccer, socializing with friends and participate in just about any outdoor activity in nature. I love people and have a healthy appreciation for a diversity of thought and cultural plurality. I have a teacherly love for children and find great pleasure in playing and interacting with them.

I am passionate about teaching and will bring fun and dynamism to my class and the wider school. Looking forward to a deeply satisfying and fulfilling experience on this ambassador teacher exchange program.
