Mrs. Katie-Lyn Olmstead

I am happy to be in my 5th year at WMES and my 13th year in JCPS!  This is where it's at and where my heart is!

My husband and I moved our family from VT to NC in 2007 and have been at home here ever since.  I have 3 beautiful daughters, 2 of which are current JCPS students.  My oldest has graduated from JCPS and is now in the US Navy.

I am the WMES Curriculum Coach, a beginning teacher mentor as well as an Assistant Principal Intern through ECU's MSA program.  I can't believe I will graduate in May!!  It is a blessing to be able to serve as a leader in JCPS!
