I am happy to be in my 8th year at WMES and my 16th year at JCPS! This is where it's at and where my heart is!

My husband and I moved our family from VT to NC in 2007 and have been at home here ever since. I have 3 beautiful daughters, 2 of whom are current JCPS students. My oldest has graduated from JCPS and is now in the US Navy.

I am the WMES Curriculum Coach, MTSS Lead and Beginning Teacher Coordinator. It is a blessing to be able to serve as a leader for WMES and JCPS!

Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
