I am so excited about teaching at Choice Plus this year! This is my 1st year here.  I graduated from ECU in 2011 and have been teaching ever since. I have been married for 38 years, have 3 awesome boys and 2 even more awesome grandsons. My family moved to North Carolina from Ohio 24 years ago. After the move, I started volunteering in my boys' classes. That moved to substituting and then to a position as a teachers' assistant. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to go back to school. On my free time, I enjoy camping, playing with the grandkids and reading.

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
