Mrs. Anita C. Langston
Reading Interventionist
I am a reading interventionist at Wilson's Mills Elementary and reading is my passion! I have been teaching for 34 years, 21 of those here at Wilson's Mills. I graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education, K-5. I have additional certification in Reading K-12, Academically Gifted K-12, and National Board Certification in Early/Middle Literacy.
My vision and mission is to create, ignite and encourage a passion for reading within all students here at Wilson's Mills. It is through this passion that students will READ! As with anything else, the more of something we do....the better we are at it! Reading is the foundation among which all knowledge and learning are built so..... READ READ READ!
