Have a Great Summer.

Hello, everyone, welcome to my website. I am currently a second grade teacher at Benson Elementary.  I have been with Johnston County Schools for 21 years.

I started at the old Benson School when it was a K-8th school.  I then moved to the new Benson Elementary School for two years.  Next I left and went to South Smithfield Elementary for several years.  I decided to come back to Benson because this is my home.  I have been back for nine years.

I have taught Kindergarden, First, Second, and Third grade.  I graduated from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education.

I love the beach, chocolate, and my two dogs, Harley and Hattie.  I look forward to being your childs second grade Math and Science teacher.

  • I wish everyone a fun, safe, and, restful Summer!
