Ms. Emily Edmondson

Hi! 

My name is Emily Edmondson (Ms. E) and I am the Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher here at Clayton Middle! 

I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade FCS classes including nutrition and wellness, social/emotional skills, and personal finance. I love being an Eagle but I am a PIRATE at heart. I attended East Carolina University for my Bachelor's Degree, Western Governor's University for my Master's Degree, and Appalachian State for my teaching license, but I love purple and gold the best.

You will hear me talk a lot about my pup, Gus, my bonus dog, Kiddo, and Disney!

I also tutor ELA and am the advisor for First Priority and FCCLA. 

I can't wait to meet you!

  • Updated School Nutrition Information for 2022-23

    We hope that you and your student have already noticed some of the exciting new food and  meal opportunities we are offering in our cafeterias this school year. Our new options will include more fresh produce, vegetarian options, and opportunities for students to customize their meal choice. These new offerings will be available at both breakfast and lunch.
