Mrs. Leann Cook

I am originally from Connecticut and I moved down to North Carolina to go to college.  I went to Barton College in Wilson, NC for 4 years.  I lived in Wilson for a while before I got the job here at Benson Elementary.  My family and I then moved to Clayton, which is where we are now!  I have two boys: Mikey is 8 and is in 2nd grade this year, and Aidan who is 3.  I also have a crazy dog called Comet and a silly cat MJ.

I love to teach!  It has been my passion since I was in elementary school.  I used to take my teacher's extra worksheets and play school at home!  The 2018-2019 school year will be my 11th year teaching and my 7th at Benson Elementary.
