Greetings Pioneer Family! I am Temia Joy Weathersby. I am excited about a new journey with JCPS and Innovation Academy. I have spent my teaching career mentoring at-risk youth and assisting students to realize their fullest potential in life. I have worked hand and hand with great community leaders, educators, and parents to navigate our youth into successful career pathways. It is my goal to continue to prepare 21st Century learners for not only momentary success but to develop lifelong learners who find success in each day.by setting goals and  working towards them. We will be building towards their future from a great foundation that is supportive and encouraging in Career and Technical Education.
