Hello Future Artists!
As I am sure you have heard, school is currently out until May 15th due to the increasing concerns with Covid-19. Because of this, I know that many of you will be spending a large amount of time at home. I would like to provide you with resources that you can use as this break continues. Some of these resources are just simply information about artists or free online resources, but I also plan to share videos/lessons (starting the week of March 30th) where I instruct you how to create simple art pieces at home with some tools/materials that you may have (pencils, crayons, and etc). Please join our google classroom for your grade level if you have not already done so to keep updated on the things that I have to share! You can email me at jessicawall@johnston.k12.nc.us for our google classroom code! Thanks!
Take Care!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Appalachian State University (Go Mountaineers!). My favorite place in the world is the Mountains and I love to visit them often. I am Licenced to teach K-6 general education. I also love everything creative and because of this, I have a Licensure in Fine Arts and an Associates Degree in Fine Arts. I grew up in Johnston County and graduated from South Johnson High School many moons ago. I am the mother of 2 children who are my world, a boy and a girl. I have a dog (she is a Chinese Sharpei).
