Mr. David Hummel


I am Mr. Hummel.  I originally grew up in Southern New Jersey in the Cherry Hill/Voorhees area.  I attended Campbell University where I graduated with a Social Sciences degree focusing on American History, and then attended North Carolina Central University where I attained my Teaching License.  I worked for Durham and Harnett County Schools teaching High and Middle School classes before I took my current position here at Archer Lodge Middle teaching 6th and 7th Grade Global Connections and 8th Grade Global Communications.  While teaching in Harnett County, I also received my Masters in History Education from Liberty University.  I currently live in the Clayton area with my wife and two sons.
