My name is Latisha Cowan and I am the School Counselor for Choice Plus Academy. I received a Bachelors of Psychology from the University of Mount Olive and a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern University and A & M College. I have over 15 years of experience in counseling in a variety of areas. I am a certified Rehabilitation Counselor, licensed Professional School Counselor, licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and licensed Clinical Addition Specialist Associate. I love spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling and immersing myself in different cultures. I believe that everyone has the capacity to learn and flourish in the most favorable environment. It is my goal to address each student’s individual needs in order to promote learning and maximum growth. I am honors to be a part of the Choice Plus Academy family and look forward to serving parents and student.
