Mrs. Amanda L. Howlett

Hello ... Hola ... Bonjour ... Guten Tag ... Salve ... Nǐn Hǎo ... Olá ... Asalaam Alaikum ... Konnichiwa ... Anyoung Haseyo ... Zdravstvuyte

My name is Amanda Howlett and my job at Micro Elementary is to make sure that every student at our school gets the support they need to be able to learn in English. I am the English as a second language teacher. Some students need to learn new vocabulary words to be able to communicate their ideas, while other students may need to work on writing using correct grammar. I have the great honor of being able to help our diverse learners adapt to a new environment and new langauge!

On the weekends, I love to spend time with my husband, two cats, and dog. We enjoy getting outside and spending time with our family close by.

When it comes to teaching, I believe that each student can rise to the standard we believe they can meet! Let's hold high expectations and inspire kids to go above and beyond!
