Degrees and Certifications:
BA in Psychology MA in Applied Psychology/Developmental Psychology
Hi JCVA Families! I am Miss Kerri Butch and I am a native of Johnston County. I previously obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as my Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Developmental Psychology of children and adolescents. I am currently attending my final semester at East Carolina University finishing up coursework for my Elementary Teaching License. I have previously worked with grades 1, 3, 4, and 5, but I am thrilled to be teaching grade 3 virtually this year! My love is working with children and having a direct impact on their development. I spend my free-time hunting, fishing, wakeboarding, and spending quality time with family. I will even be getting married this school year! For pets, I have 3 Eastern Box Turtles that also take some of my free time. I am so excited to be joining JCVA this year and look forward to working with you all!
