Ms. Ledford
Hello!
My name is Brittany Ledford. This will be my sixth year teaching Kindergarten in Johnston County.
This will be my second year being an Explorer at East Clayton.
I was a 2-year-old teacher for 5 years.
I graduated from ECU with a degree in Early Childhood Education.
My "why" is being able to see the amazing growth my students make over the school year.
This is going to be an amazing school year with lots of fun and learning!

North Carolina schools are required to administer ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 to all students identified as English Learners (ELs) in the spring of each year to determine their progress in learning English. Each student is tested in four areas: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. This assessment helps us monitor their English language development.
