A Parent Guardian Verification Form must be completed for each student and emailed to virtualacademy@johnston.k12.nc.us.

If your child has been accepted into the JCPS Virtual Academy and you (the parent) did not receive log-in information from EdOptions Academy, this could be due to an invalid email account or no email account on file. Please use this form to provide a valid parent email address.
