My name is Arlene Wright and I am honored to serve as your Assistant Principal for JCPS Virtual Academy. I have been in education for over 20 years and my journey is blessed with various opportunities along the way. I earned my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and in Counseling and a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. 

 I have been married to my wonderful husband for 23 years and we are blessed with two children that are full of life. We  love to travel and serve in our church and the community. I have had the privilege to work and live in Johnston County and serve in many different roles in the school system. 

 I am super excited about this opportunity and I look forward to working with our Virtual Academy families.
