If you have any questions please feel free to contact me during my office hours from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday.

On your time off, make sure to go outside and get some physical activity each day, atleast 45 minutes to stay healthy.  Take up a new sport, get your heart rate up, sweat and eat healthy snacks while at home.  Drink lots of water.  Wash or sanitize your hands once every hour and especially before eating.

Consider these questions while you are out over the next two weeks (march 30- april 10)

    1.  Come up with atleast 5 things you and members of your family can do each day to be more hygienic.

    2.  Think about how social distancing has had both a positive and negative effect on you over the past 10 days.  Why has the positive effect been a good thing?  Is it something you can continue?  Why has the negative effect been a bad thing?  How can you make it better?

    3.  Go to bing.com and search "map of coronovirus cases".  Use the interactive map to track where some of the highest number of cases are occuring.  How does North Carolina compare with states around us?  What factors do you think have allowed the spread of this disease?  Try to come up with atleast 5.

  • Make sure you have paper and pencil every day for health.
