Hello Cleveland Families! My name is LaTonya Foster, and I am the School Counselor at Cleveland Elementary. This is my fourth year at CvES. Prior to serving as a counselor for JCPS, I worked in Wake County Public Schools, Granville County Public Schools, and Francis Howell School District in St. Charles, Missouri. Before becoming a school counselor, I worked as a kindergarten teacher in Durham Public Schools. I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in School Counseling. I love spending time with my husband, Matt, and my son, Landen who is in 8th grade at Cleveland Middle School. I am a cat person and have three of them named Autumn, Cruz, and Penny. Some of my favorite things are concerts, cheeseburgers, french fries, General Hospital, tropical islands, Justin Bieber, and UNC Basketball. Go Heels! I look forward to a wonderful year at Cleveland!
