Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Burgundy Vero

I am Mrs. Vero and I will be your second grade teacher this year! I have taught for 25 years.  I received my Bachelor’s degree from Niagara University in New York.  Throughout my years of teaching, I have taught PreK-3rd.   My family and I relocated to the Garner area in 2020.  I have been teaching 3rd grade for two years here at Polenta.  I am new to 2nd grade and can't wait to take on this new adventure.  I can’t wait to get to know you and for us to grow and learn together.

I am looking forward to a great year in 2nd grade!
