Welcome to Mrs. Palmer's Webpage! 

I am excited about being a part of the West Smithfield Elementary School team again this year.  I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Edinboro University in Erie, PA.  This is my third year working in Johnston County. When I am not teaching, I am outside in my garden or spending time with my family.
