Change to Face-to-Face
Parents of all currently enrolled JCPS students who wish to change their student(s) from the Virtual Program to face-to-face instruction in the schools should complete this form no later than Tuesday, September 29. A separate form must be completed for each child. After September 29, all students being served in the Virtual Program will remain there until the end of the semester on December 18. Another decision form for the second semester will be available later this fall.
If your student is currently being served in a home-school setting and you wish to return to face-to-face instruction, you must complete the standard enrollment process at the school. Do not complete the change form.
If your student is currently scheduled to be served in the face-to-face setting and you want to change to the Virtual Program, complete the registration form for the Virtual Program. Do not complete the change form.
Again, the deadline to make any changes is Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
