Mrs. Adriane P. Walker

Welcome to Team Walker! I am Mrs. Adriane P. Walker, and I am teaching Fifth Grade Math here at Cooper Academy this year! This is my eighteenth year in education, and I am excited to be a part of the Cooper Family!

I am the wife of Coach William R. Walker, Sr., who teaches and coaches football at Clayton High; and the mother of three: JR, a current college student & football player at Virgina Tech; Jirah, a graduating Senior at Clayton High; and CJ, an sensational Second Grader here at Cooper. We come from Elizabeth City, North Carolina! I have a BSED in Elementary Education [K-6], and have taught grades 2 - 8. Additionally, I attended The Ohio State University for a MSED in School Counseling, and Grand Canyon University for an MSL in Organizational Leadership. I have coached Track & Field at the high school level, and am still a fanatic of the sport!
