Mr. Giovanni Loia
Mr. Loia is a native of Johnston County and grew up in Smithfield. He attended North Carolina State University where he studied Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation biology. After graduating in 2015, he worked as a wildlife biologist in New York, California, and the Outer Banks before teaching at Clayton High; his work largely focused on birds of prey, but also studied mammals, amphibians, and shore bird species.
