    • 5th Graders Learn about Cyber Safety and Financial Reponsibility

Fifth graders attended a cyber safety and financial responsibility workshop sponsored by KS Bank. Thanks to Tracey McKinley and her staff for visiting PES and sharing important information with our fifth graders. The Decorate the Pig competition allowed each fifth grader the opportunity to decorate a piggy bank with the requirement of the KSBank logo being visible after the pig was decorated. Mrs. Hurst and Mrs. Gurley judged the piggies and selected two pigs from each homeroom to be sent to the bank. The top three pigs will be voted on with the top pig being used in commercials for the bank and shared on social media! (All banks will be used for future student leadership fund raiser for donations by placing the pigs in classroom)Great job 5th graders.
