Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Stephanie Morse
Hello! My name is Stephanie Morse and I LOVE teaching and to be organized and creative. I grew up in New York and graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a dual certification in general and special education. After graduation, I moved to North Carolina to pursue my teaching career. This is my 14th year teaching at McGee’s Crossroads Elementary. I taught first grade for 8 years and this is my 6th year teaching second grade. I absolutely love second grade and I am blessed to be here! I have a sweet husband named Ryan. He is also a teacher! He teaches third grade at West Smithfield Elementary. We have two little boys who are full of energy and love. Jax is a second grader and Colton is in Kindergarten. Our home would not be complete without our two dogs, Miley and Twixey! Although I grew up in New York, my family has “followed” us South. We are blessed to have them all near us! My favorite color is bright pink and I love to collect books and everything leopard print. I am passionate about education and I love for my students to believe in themselves and to read, READ, read!
