Affinity Diagram

 The Affinity Diagram organizes a large number of ideas into their natural relationships. This method taps a team's creativity and intuition.
Bone Diagram 

Bone Diagrams allow individuals or groups to reflect on their current state, address factors that might be identified as barriers/restrainers, as well as driving forces. Additionally, considerations for future steps along with action steps are generated through this protocol 
Fishbone Diagram

The Fishbone Diagram identifies many possible causes for an effect or problem. It can be used to structure a brainstorming session or sort ideas into useful categories. It is especially useful when identifying possible causes of problems or when a team's thinking falls into a rut. 
Graffiti Gist 

Graffiti Gist allows a group to digest a large amount of information in a short period of time by selecting key and salient point from multiple data sources.
 Lotus Diagram

The Lotus diagram is an expansion tool and used when ideas need to be clarified or expanded upon. It is a brainstorming and organizational technique that enables the group to define key concepts as well as all parts of the whole.
 Relations Diagram
The relations diagram shows cause-and-effect relationships. Just as importantly, the process of creating a relationshiagram helps a group analyze the natural links between different aspect of a complex situation. 
 SMART Matrix  Picture

A SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time based) matrix is a communication and planning tool used to identify specific actions or tasks.   
 SWOT Analysis  Picture

A SWOT Analysis is a powerful strategic management and planning tool.  The Strengths (S) and Weaknesses (W) are normally considered as internal factors of the organization that you can control while Opportunities (O) and Threats (T) are external factors in which you have no influence or control.  

 Tree/Hierarchy Diagram  Picture The Tree/Hierarchy Diagram starts with one item that branches into two or more, each of which branch into two or more, and so on.  It is used to break down broad categories into finer and finer levels of detail. Developing this diagram helps you move your thinking step by step from generalities to specifics.
